What the site does load from elsewhere

To keep the page looking right, this site loads web fonts (IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono, Fraunces) directly from Google Fonts. Loading a font this way means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may log standard information such as your IP address, in line with Google's privacy policy. Google Fonts does not set tracking cookies for this kind of request.

The enquiry form and WhatsApp

The enquiry form on this site doesn't send data to a server we run — it opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled so you can choose to send it yourself. WhatsApp (Meta) may use its own cookies and tracking within its own app or website, governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not this one.

Maps, Facebook and Instagram links

Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram take you to those third parties' own sites or apps, which may use their own cookies once you're there. This policy only covers ekasilocksmith.flowmaticza.co.za itself.
